Titan
Titan is one of Saturn's moons. Titan is the sixth moon away from Saturn. Titan is the largest of Saturn's moons and the second largest moon in the solar system. Titan is 3,200 miles in diameter, which is larger than Mercury. Titan is larger than our moon by 50%. Titan is 4.5 billion years old which is about the same age as Saturn. It is 759,000 miles away from Saturn or 1,221,830 km. Titan's atmosphere is made up of mostly nitrogen and it is denser than Earth's atmosphere. Titan and Earth are the only two bodies with large areas of water. Titan was discovered by C. Huygens in 1655.
